About the Project
The Sound of Cosmic Nostalgia
Osso Rosso is a retro electronic music project blending the analog warmth of 80s lo-fi with the power and crispness of modern digital production. The music is heavily influenced by genres such as spacesynth, synthwave, and the retro aesthetic of 8 and 16-bit classic video games.
Their debut EP, "A Bear in Space", is a conceptual sonic journey through distant stars, neon nebulas, and the cosmic void. Each track combines driving arpeggiated synths, heavy basslines, and mechanical drum machines that will transport you straight to a 1985 science fiction arcade cabinet.
